Arby's - Tuscaloosa

The food was good. The staff didn't mind the continuous orders coming from the kids after we pulled up to the window. They weren't stingy with the condiments like so many fast food chains these days.

Had multiple customers and employees not wearing masks correctly, some not at all. I stood at the register for like five min before someone even came the front, and he just walked up and looked at me.

Always be sure to check that you got the correct items. Every single time, there is something wrong or missing from my order that has to be fixed.

Employees will not pay attention when you order. Then they will get an attitude and tell you what you ordered instead of just admitting they were wrong and then they don't get why you as the customer are upset. Will never go ti this location again

Staff was awesome. Food was great. They had the meats and it's great.
