I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. They completely forgot to prepare my breakfast sandwich, prioritizing orders from people who arrived after me. When I spoke to the manager about getting a discount or having my meal for free since I was now going to be late for work, she responded very rudely, saying she wouldn't cover my breakfast due to their mistake. She looked at me as if I was being unreasonable. I will never return to this place. Many others share similar sentiments about the owner, and this is certainly not the first complaint I’ve heard.
I experienced the worst service I've ever encountered while trying to place an order for a turkey club. The staff member argued that it wasn’t on the menu! When we went to pick it up, the EBT machine was down, and they told us we needed to inform them in advance about our payment method. Additionally, they mentioned that it would take longer to prepare because they had to cook the bacon. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
