The day with Emanuele was a unique, exciting experience.. and I hope it's just the first of many others. Emanuele can make even more complicated things simple... brilliant, empathetic and super professional. Its pasta all'aglione... top!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
For the second time we were greeted in the house of Emanuele and Francesca who confirmed both for their professionalism and for their excellent company. This time I leave from commenting on the wine: we were offered a special and very interesting rose that wonderfully accompanied our dinner. Not usually very fond of the genre was an excellent discovery. Food? Emanuele has shown us again that cooking vegans can be a gourmet and fulfilling experience. A taste escalation between aromas and flavors thanks to ingredients also not very well known. The dishes offered are always different and seasonal, so every time it is a different and unique experience. We will definitely come back! See you guys soon!
Cenare da Emanuele e Francesca is like dinner at the house of friends: conviviality, smiles, professionalism and exquisite vegan dishes. They welcomed us in their apartment as old friends, making us feel like family. From the dishes of Emanuele you can see his great experience as a vegan chef and eat from them is a gift that everyone should do at least once! Francesca is a very good hostess, she will pamper you in every way! Camillo and Nino contribute to the excellent company. We started with a prosecco and after some chat of conviality, we started our dinner: 6 dishes, one more good than the other, all presented as in a restaurant and to finish an incredible dessert, of those that we vegans struggle to find! A total of 7 unique courses! All accompanied by both prosecco and a red wine from Marche (I ask forgiveness: I do not remember the name, but it was delicious and without sulphites! . We had dinner between laughs, life stories and we went out rolling, sazi and happy. We will definitely return also in spring and summer to enjoy the view of the lake from their terrace and to discover the new creations.
The welcome and hospitality we were given is unequal; after a few minutes we felt like at home. The opportunity to eat at home of one of the people who most represents the world of vegan cuisine in Italy, to be able to talk to him and to see him at work is an experience that has incredible. We were fine and the food was so good and wonderful that only the perfect word can represent it. We can't wait to get back. You must do absolutely this experience because it will be unforgettable; for us it has been.
