Great restaurant and cocktails in a beautiful, cozy garden. we had a nice pad thai. they give him a bit of their own turn, the result was good. the service was very friendly and helpful. we went back the day after a cocktail and they were very good.

We found this place on the way to another sushi restaurant and after the price comparison we are glad that we chose these! great food, great prices and the staff were really friendly. highly recommended!

We (couple) ate here a number of times during our two week stay because we liked it so much. Great atmosphere in the back garden area. Excellent service, Paco and Joel are hilarious and very helpful and attentive. The food was almost universally great, particularly...the coconut shrimp, gunkan, sashimi only thing we didn't love was the chicken wings which were over cooked and under flavoured. Cocktails were also excellent. Only issue was inventory control, ran out of a number of things but that might have been because of the holidays and peak season but it was annoying when great sounding things weren't available but the team worked very hard to make up for it. Spent some time chatting to the proprietor, Alex, and really enjoyed him talking about the restaurant and his plans and past life. All in, this is now a standard for us in Tulum alongside other local classics.

We had an amazing dinner at Umi. The sushi rolls, soup, veggie bowl, and drinks were delicious. We loved the atmosphere, vibe, esthetic, and super service from Paco, Joel, and Alex. Highly recommended!
