This has to be the best coffe experience i have had in Tulum in the 4 years i have been comming to tulum. The owners are very entusiastic about coffee and know a lot about it, the arabica, the robusta, they even have a big vintage toasting machine where they roast the beans before serving them. you can find there great fresh italian bread and desserts. I bougth grinded fresh toasted coffe to make at home, you can buy it per weight. this is a mixture they came up with part from veracruz and part from chiapas. This coffe place is no longer on main street, they just opened at Batey mojito and guarapo bar in the mornings with breakfast, in centauro sur. just in front of le bistro. There is no better coffe in tulum, for sure.

Eravamo entrati per comprare del caffè da portare a casa, ma una volta dentro e sentendo l'odore fantastico del caffè appena tostato, non potevamo non prendere un caffè sul posto subito.Abbiamo provato il caffè espresso a Tulum in molti posti, ma come lo fanno loro non lo fa nessuno. Cremoso come deve essere l'espresso e della lunghezza giusta. Non servono solo l'espresso, ma anche il cappuccino e molti altri tipi di caffè come per esempio il caffè americano e il caffè shakerato. I prezzi sono asolutamente all'altezza. Poi mi sono fatto preparare del caffè appena tostato da portare a casa e me lo sto gustando ancora tutti giorni da quando siamo tornati in Italia. Sia il caffè espresso che il caffè americano.I 2 ragazzi Bolognesi sono molto simpatici e hanno aperto da meno di 2 mesi.Sul retro ci sono alcuni tavolini dove ci si può sedere per prendere un caffè o per fare la colazione, perchè hanno anche dei dolci del tipo torta e brioche per fare 1 ottima colazione oppure se preferite per fare la merenda magari tornando dal mare. Il bar si trova sulla destra lunga la carretera quando lasciate Tulum per andare in direzione Playa del Carmen tra 1 due semafori che si trovano alla fine (oppure all'inizio) del paese. Da provare assolutamente.
