Founded with cousins in 2015, suculenta tamalería is celebrated locally for its whole vegan menu, but also those who are used to masa to chicken or pork wrapped, will be prepared to like a lot about the scratch-made deal in this bare bone place. open from 9:00...daily in the inner city tulum, only two women in a kitchen that introduces their own farm garden, receive the guests who arrive early, the opportunity to observe the couple carefully, fold six types of daily tamales, while suppening blase packed on a herd neighboring refrigerators with vegetables. hailing of cdmx, but at suculenta preparation tamales oaxaqueños with local Maya ingredients, the decision on a “best” option is an indisputable task, although the mix of bitter molecular and sweet plantains juxtaposing mushrooms and a tamale with soft lentils are quite hard to beat. price on 50 pesos each, with most diners probably from two sat, make them safe to ask salsa if spiciness ww desired, and for those seeking a sweet finish, the 40 peso loaf of carrot cake packed a quantity of complexity and moisturity despite its lack of frosting.
This place has to be the most authentic Mexican vegan place in Tulum! Suculenta is inexpensive, authentic eating at its finest. The kitchen is surprisingly open and inviting. All items are made to order. Some of the must-haves are the Pozole, tamales, and platanos and...frijoles dishes. The pozole is the closest you'll get to regular pozole. Same flavor different replacements! The staff is so friendly and we talked for several minutes about the food and how it's made. We were very surprised to find our bill came out to $425 pesos (around $25 dollars) and we ordered 5-6 dishes two lattes and desserts. This is a spot you cannot miss if you're vegan and want to try authentic Mexican dishes in Tulum.
Grilled mushrooms tacos are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! We also enjoy the tamales and a brownie. They have a cute little garden you can sit in outback. The Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Can’t wait to return!!
