The cup was a mess. it was sticky, the size of the cups is misleading. they can put a little in a middle cup.

The line was huge as it was New Years day. The staff was quick and though with getting customers their order.

This Starbucks is less sit and chat. We all know the process are a bit high.

Drive thru window service was a little slower than the usual.

They went out of their way to get my husband a drink he would like when they didn't have hazelnut. Great customer service
