Jinya Ramen Bar - Tulsa

The Chicken Ramen has great flavor, and the Caramelized Cauliflower is AMAZING! Definitely worth the extra to get a really flavorful ramen!

The JINYA Tonkotsu Black was alright. Flavor was kinda bland and all I could really taste was the kikurage which is a mushroom flavor. Gyoza were good.

JINYA Tonkotsu Black was very good! the broth and other ingredients are in 2 different containers which helps keep it fresh. the pork was awesome and the eggs were cooked just right. only thing is doordash should have a menu option to include chopsticks etc. it didnt come with any so I ended up using coffee stir sticks in the hotel room lol.

Loved it! The curry was very good. I make Japanese curry all the time and it didnt taste as good as this! The ramen was good but would have tasted better if I dined in. The pork chashu bowl was very good as well. A great blend of flavors. Succulent and tender pork with the rice to pick up any sauces was just great. I got to go back and dine in again soon its been a while lol
