(celebrate) I hosted an evening meal for 6 to celebrate the 25-year anniversary of some close friends. the pencils pulled out all the stations and presented us a nice evening. I had not asked for any special treatment for this occasion, but I had mentioned that we had a jubilee when I was holding up. the kitchen team came all for the dessert course and presented a beautifully decorated dessert plate to the happy couple. thanks to all for a pleasant meal and for such a gracious host. for a special occasion they can not beat the foundations 17 sep, 2013 5 of us went during the restaurant week for a delayed celebration. the evening was great by...read more
Positiw: tomaten bisque suppe awarded with parmesan and petersilie. condensed chocolate dessert with whip cream, caramel and salted bark crispy excellent. friendly interaction with plate collectors. negatiw: heater not working in januar with 30 degrees outside temperature, so jacket had to wear during the meal. wooden chairs with dried iron and without table ceilings. manager without personal: no straw for drinks offered, ignored suppe of the day request from gast, presented teebox without explanation, collected lunch menus then not seen again until collection cards. sandwiches arrived with burned toast and dark gray avocados. no hot water in the toilet. dessert fork on the table...read more
Amazing. from service to eat, great experience! three of us made it for each one of us to get something else so that we could all try a little of it. the best items were the mango strawberry sorbet (only a palette cleaner but ingenious), the tempura flounder, the ribeye, and the lamb sausage stuffed quail were our most important courses and all were found to be delicious. our favorite appetitor was the supposed skalopps. no one had a preference of liver-based patt or frozen gassenacho. all desserts were great, with the goat cheese cream brule was the favorit. her wine card is extensive and loves the fact that the culinary students lead the restaurant. will definitely be back.
We went at night, and we were served a meal that should have cost 2 or 3 times what it did. And the flavors and presentation was simply amazing. This is one of the best meals I've had in Tulsa.
