Bidra med feedbackThe coffee was amazing but I didn't feel welcomed. The lady at the register didn't greet me and barely said a word though our transaction. I asked to look over the menu since it was my first time here and she just nodded and went back to talking to her coworker. I just expected a lot friendlier service like I get at some of my other favorite coffee shops in the area. I would come back but only if I'm too lazy to drive to my normal coffee shop.
Love the atmosphere! The staff are friendly and efficient. The coffee is delicious every time. The food is yummy. And, you're supporting local.
$1.50 upcharge for oat milk? A half gallon costs 3 bucks lol it could be a dollar. And a dollar up for syrup seems gratuitous too. All this wouldn’t have granted the review but the coffee was so gross I was upset I spent $17 on two lattes.
Don’t go here if you have a baby. I asked if they had a changing table in their bathroom and they said no, which I get. Not every place has one in their bathrooms, even though every place should. One employee told me there were couches I could use. A second employee walked by and kind of snippily said “it would be a health code violation to change a diaper on any of the furniture.” I asked where I would be able to change my baby while I waited for our order and she said they had no way to facilitate that. So I had to change my baby on the floor of my car while I stood in the rain to do it. I felt very ostracized for having a baby that needed a diaper change while I was trying to order coffee from there. Definitely won’t be going back until attitudes on babies change and they can be a little more accommodating.
I order a cappuccino and received a drink that was about 12oz, and was had way too much milk for a cappuccino. It tasted more like a latte. I feel like I should've been warned that they do not serve traditional cappuccinos. In addition, I was charged an outrageous $1.50 for oat milk. The coffee was incredibly expensive, and I didn't even receive something resembling what I ordered.
