This restaurant refuses to let locals in, only allowing backpackers. Ratings for food, service, and atmosphere are all 1 out of 5.
The restaurant's party atmosphere kicks in late, so it may not be suitable for bringing your grandmother. However, the staff is excellent.
It's the only place open past 12 once a week, what do you expect?
I would definitely go back anytime.
