Disappointed with the attitude of the staff but enjoyed the food Will consider returnjng Overall it was an ok experience

I've had a lovely evening with a friend at Lana's. The food was superb stunning quality at good price! and the service was lovely too. And also, free ice cream on the way out, what a treat! I truly recommend to anyone willing to go for an easy day or night out to have a meal at Lana's. 10/10!

Dined in earlier this evening. Restaurant was busy with great atmosphere. I usually order a vegan satay noodle dish. (Which what I now know is is Singapore noodles) I asked for no chilli, as I’ve an intolerance to spice. The brown haired lady who first took my order gave me a chilli satay dish, with a side of egg noodles, when I explained previously I’m vegan. Full of chilli and spice. I never got any apologies from this waitress. I asked a different dark haired lady to change it for me and she apologised and asked the chef to change it for me. She brought the food again and it was the same chilli satay again, but spicier, through no fault of the dark haired girl as I heard her ask the chef for no chilli. I had given up at this point. I told the same lady again and she apologised profusely and when I explained the same thing to this girl as I did the first girl, I was given a complimentary take away of what I actually wanted as my partner was finished his food. The takeaway was exactly what I wanted and the girl made sure I didn’t go home hungry which was highly appreciated as I hadn’t eaten anything else that day in anticipation for this meal. The blonde lady apologised aswell but was disappointed that the original lady was ignorant. My partner enjoyed his meal, and the chilli satay was nice if it wasn’t for my spice intolerance. Renovations are nice.

We have eaten here a few times ,last year ,there was a Filipino couple running the restaurant the welcome the service and the food where all 5 star,We returned last Saturday night brought some friends with us ,gone from 5 star to 2 no warm welcome, Mediocre food and service ,my wife and I had the lamb massaman curry mine had stale potatoes in it you could taste that they had been fridged ,no fresh cutlery for main course had to ask ,will think about a return visit

Poor service wasn’t made to feel welcome, so decided to leave. Ended up going around the corner to a very nice restaurant.
