Very accommodating staff and great crusty pizza crusts
A decent place, especially for nowhere like Tulcea. The pizzas were good, the service was good. Not amazing, but definitely okay. I'd come back there.

The service is terrible. The waiters didn't pay attention at all. Many wait... bad English menu..not speak English... a lot of noise from the traffic... Food was cold (three of four was cold) ...do not get what we orded... Wine was good, though.... had a lot of time to drink before dinner was put on the table (This is the reason for the second star)
