Vietnam House - Tukwila

We are tremendously disappointed with an absolutely unacceptable rude attitude at the Vietnam House restaurant located in Tukwila. The restaurant indicates that it is a first come first serve restaurant but did not get us seated even though we came first and had to wait for a long time. We politely asked to confirm our table but were rudely yelled at and asked to leave by a waiter. We informed the manager of the restaurant and demanded an apology. This restaurant must recognize their mistake and take their customers seriously with a great appreciation.

Good food at reasonable prices. Service was fast and good as well.I had the Bun Nem La Lot Nuong, grilled pork and beef special wrap with vermicelli and vegetable. Very tasty. Great dipping sauce.My companions had Bun Mam Nuoc Leo Anchovy flavored soup and said it was good.Wheelchair accessibility: No barriers.

Good flavorful food. Lemongrass Chicken was extremely good. Cold coffee with condensed milk was too sweet to drink. Unfriendly and unprofessional service.

Really bad customer service. I bought food with my own money but they made me think I was begging them for food. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Food is not that great. They charge a service fee for a party of 6 and the service is not good . The place looks unorganized and dirty.
