Bidra med feedbackAwesome hotel with all of the amenities and customer service. As I mentioned to them just wish they had airport shuttle. For the price and enjoyment, I'd say it's worth the taxi ride over anyway. I did take the train and bus over and was very easy only about 15 minutes from airport.
Rooms were very clean. Restaurant was good. Staff friendly. Parking was not so good, as they have very limited space and it's 15 dollars a night extra. No free breakfast, but coffee provided in room with coffee maker.
I've stayed at this hotel many times for work. When it first opened it felt more like an apartment complex with amenities and was great. This might be the last time I stay here. Upon arrival it still had that feeling of hip and cool but looking harder it seemed like the place was going downhill on the maintenance. Waited a few minutes to check-in, no problem. But there is a fire sensor behind the front desk that went off every few minutes and whoever was working the front desk had to stop what they were doing and reset what I thought was a timer.Getting to my room on the third floor (which I now know to avoid 3rd floor odd rooms as it faces out to the air ducts) I noticed the floor boards were warped and coming out of the joints, the toilet wouldn't flush, the Air wasnt working properly, and when showering a screw fell from the shower rack.Bed was comfortable though....
Good location and nice bed. Would be 5 stars if water bottles were available (vending machine broken and none provided in either the room or at front desk). Housekeepers were a bit loud in the morning but staff was very friendly and accomodating.
The cafe and restaurant service are outstanding. We arrived late, and went to the restaurant 15 minutes before close. Despite this, the waitress was pleasant, kind, and friendly. The next morning I showed up jet-lagged at the cafe at 6 am. The barista was extraordinarily cheerful, sweet, and generous (gave me a broken biscotti that she couldn’t sell). Whatever the hotel pays their staff, it’s not enough
