Bidra med feedbackIn the middle of Downtown Lustnau is one of four branches of the baker Gauker. Directly wedged in a sandwich position between Rewe and Metzger, this is where the completion of the shopping with all kinds of baked goods is offered. Although the branch is in a dark corner of the passage, nothing looks dark and drinks. The illumination is great and the goods are pretty presented. Gauker freshly bakes in a central bakery in Tübingen and supplies the goods from there to its four branches. An orange-coloured Gauker bustle is usually an inconvenient indication for a swing of new baked goods. According to his own statement on the homepage, regionally grown cereals and fresh yeast are used. preservatives or additives are not used. So back to the branch... along with a huge edition, there are also some tables and benches where you can drink your coffee or feed your lunch. The often full tables show that this is also well accepted. I don't want to sit, but I was shopping... The selection of bread, rolls and sweet things is huge and hits one almost. While one crows “äääähhhh” and “momeeeeeeent” and then murmurs quietly “ichmussnochmalguggen”, one looks around and tries to go to the bottom of the day’s own preference. I personally like the spice bread here very much (see photo). Oversized cheese rolls, tasty-ply and cheesey-fluffy. I don't even need a supplement for that. Also very tasty from the slightly sweetened department are the so-called camping rolls – yeast pastry rolls with light sweetness, which are wonderfully lukewarm and with salted butter. A hotdog soul with an integrated string sausage is also great for the mid-sized lunch star. Attention! Sharp! For milder tastes, e also gives a feta-soul, into which small mower-caes and herbs are baked. The friendly staff always offers “should I make warm?” in all such things. In the case of hotdog and feta soul, this makes sense, because both are warm all the more delicious. The pizza items offered here are also very delicious. The same applies to the breads offered. To whom they are too large, it can also require a half laib from a size of 750 g. Cutting is free. For savers there are various loyalty cards (coffee card, normal loyalty card and snack pass) that can be stamped when shopping. If one of the Kärtle is full, you can exchange it for a free coffee (on the coffee card), a free snack (snack pass) or a laib bread with 750g (normal loyalty card). The ingredients of all baked goods can be seen on the Internet for knowledge wool. Great! [here link]
