RA Sushi Bar Tucson AZ

My friend and I came when the restaurant was empty and our server Lindsey was very rude and for some reason the food took an hour to get out. Not to mention that it was cold. Our server never refilled our waters and threw the check with us when we asked. Unacceptable....

Very impressive menu with excellent presentation. Kitchen and bar was very slow.

Sit quickly, but the service was a little slow. I love the garlic dam and it can never be delivered. The role I had was okay, but the quality was great.

From all the times I was in this RA, I never had an experience like this time. We sat and waited 15 minutes before we got our drinks. Our server had three tables, one of which was mine. The blessing never once recognized us and changed several times. The server had a table that bought bottles and concentrated on them. We ordered edamames, but that came after our roles. One of the roles we ordered was forgotten/not put into play. I know that because our spokesman went to the left after we told them we missed a role. The server comes back and asks: “What was it rolling again”. During our meal, the diver never checked us for us, gave us refills, etc. It was just the focus on the table buying bottles. The server went the extra mile for this table, but the other two tables left in the dark.

Service is extremely slow. Food was not great and extremely costly even at happy hour pricing. Drinks watered down so much that I could not taste any alcohol at all. Our food came 30 minutes before the rest of the table. We had to aak a number of times for soy sauce etc. Billed for food not brought. Had to find someone to bring a box for leftovers. Given a fork to eat creme bruelle, not a spoon. Overall disappointing. We are not going again.
