Bidra med feedbackThat was the worst experience I've ever had at this point, and I'll come once a week. The lady who took my order did not finish my order correctly even after a few times. I came into the window and Marah G was there to get me out. She asked if I had the bigger record and I said yes. I also had an order of the Ranchons, but I didn't think I had to repeat that because I had double checked with the person who took my order. As soon as I got my receipt, I checked it naturally and I miss the order of the ranch. I told Marah that I had ordered her and her answer was very bad. She said I should have told her because she wasn't the one who took my order instead of just charging the rangoons I asked. Once she gave me the rangoons, she gave me only two and I don't doubt that this was done out of horror. So I sat in my car waiting for her to come back in the window and once she asked if I needed something else and I told her I had only two ransoms and that there are usually three in one order and she gave me the greatest eye role and the evil attitude. What surprised me because she messed up and I didn't get an apology for the inconvenience. If I had given a customer to my job the experience Marah gave me today, I would have lost my job. I didn't call the store long after talking to the manager Ashley to make them aware of Marah's attitude and she apologized and said she would refund my order and she would talk to her. I don't think Marah should work with the customer service she is spending. I will not return to this place.
You can't order the family meal. If you don't say that you are, if you are the SPEAKER KIOSK, then you made it in the LANE for 15 to 20 MINUTES! If you don't want to spend it, you're not right.
My wife and I went in today and had lunch. I was very impressed by how professional and friendly all employees were even under so much pressure. The food was really fresh. I even told the manager that I was impressed by the good service.
Very busy business! Many activities that continue do not run very well, they ran out of Teriyaki chicken, had to wait 15 minutes before my order was completed. Better planning in the kitchen is necessary to keep with the volume they sell..food was good!?
Oh They have stepped up on the food it's TASTE HAS SO IMPROVED, I THOUGHT IT WAS FROM A DIFF.Eatery! A TASTE EXPLOSION! THAT SHOWS TRUE MANAGEMENT SKILLS COOKS WHO KNOW THEIR KITCHEN!! IN A NUTSHELL, IT HAS BEEN 2 yrs. Since I went back there. Big Difference. Enough so You will see Me there quite frequently.I hope All Locations got the memo!! D.S
