Longhorn Steakhouse - Tucson

It's not a terrible place. Food was okay, but in my opinion not worth the price. Paid over $100 for 2 people. The waitress was great, very friendly and helpful since it was our first time there. The white peach sangria was delicious,the old fashion was good as well.

So disappointed! First time (and last time) eating there. There were 3 of us in our party. Ordered our meals and an appetizer. While waiting for our meals we heard another table talking to the manager who was apologizing for their baked potato not being done right. He offered them a free dessert. Our food came, and my son's french fries were cold. I had ordered salmon, took a bite and it was bad. Flipped it over and it was the grossest color I've ever seen on salmon! Didn't even look grilled. It even made the rice look/taste bad. Sent it back, and the waiter said he'd get another one. So we waited, and waited. Everyone finished their food and my salmon still hadn't come out. Told the waiter to just cancel it. He said he'd get the salmon removed from the bill. Which resulted in us waiting even longer! Ridiculously long. The manager never even came to say a word to us! No sorry, nothing. I spent $55 and didn't even get MY meal! (And we only drank water) Spent way too much money and left hungry since I didn't even get a meal. Or an apology.

First time having there filet and I gotta say I'll be getting this next time! Friendly staff and thank you for the recommendations for meat temp for this cut of meat! Will be back.

My husband and I hesitantly went in for dinner at Longhorn (a chain with bargain steak dinners not expecting too much but decided to take a chance. We were very pleasantly surprised by the great service we received from Nicole. She was very helpful when we had any questions and was quick to grab any empty plates as well as checking in on us. At one point the manager even came over to check on how things were going. This used to be customary but hasn 't been in a while, so it was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed their 5.99 drink special (texas maragarita it was yummy (make sure to get salt on the rim my husband had a beer that he also enjoyed. He ordered the tbone with a cinnamon sugar butter baked sweet potato and a Caesar salad. I ordered the filet and lobster tail with a baked potato that comes fully loaded at no extra charge and a mixed green salad that has of course mixed greens....cucumber, tomato, cheddar and croutons. I asked for ranch. Before deciding on an adult beverage I ordered a plain tea with lemon. The freshness of the Tea plays a huge partl on how I rate anywhere that I dine. Their tea was fresh and not bitter which made me happy! Before your meal comes out they bring warm bread with butter which we both enjoyed. I also ordered their stuffed mushrooms- the best I 've ever had!! Our food came out hot and our meat was cooked just as we ordered it!! The steaks were perfectly seasoned (A1, who??? the potatoes were delish as were the salads fresh and crisp!! We ended our dinner with Nicole 's suggestion for their decadent cheesecake where she customized a sweet happy anniversary wish drizzled with caramel sauce!! We had a wonderful night and will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for an amazing 13th Anniversary Dinner!!

Bad host Was there 10 min before change over for dinner.host seated couple before us.then came back and decided to go hide until almost 4pm.So I ask what was the hold up for I could see plenty of seats available. He said he need to change things on his screen.so when I was final seated they then brought out the next menue so they could charge me more for food.
