El Cisne - Tucson

Our group, International Foodies, meets once a month. We have 25 members. We attempt to choose a different restaurant each month. The participants availability changes month to month and not all members attend every month. Your restaurant was recommended by a member who claimed we had attended there in the past but long enough ago that we were encouraged to return. Very happy to say we were all very pleased. Pleasant tasty Mexican food that is not spicy. Great parking; at Sunrise and Swan.

We went to El Cisne for our anniversary dinner on December 30. Our server was also the hostess. The calamari appetizer was terrible, very mushy, but our entrees were very good. We got the scallops and bouillabaisse. Our waitress apparently forgot to get us our flour tortillas and she also forgot to get a soup spoon for my bouillabaisse. We had to flag down another waitress to get us these items. Our waitress was so absent that when we finished, we had to get up and walk to the front of the restaurant to get our check. As this was a holiday week, you's think they'd be prepared for a large crowd. In fact, It seemed they weren't.
