Superb coffe drinks and food selection. A great locally owned business with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. No stuck up coffee shop attitudes here.

Poor customer service. Too many young people with no life experience to properly manage and attend to the needs of others. Order wrong, egg bites spinach instead of bacon and latte was 50% foam. Alex the manager wanted to argue w/me on how lattes are made instead of offering to fix it. Alex said its up to the customer to ask for no foam. Ive never had to do that anywhere because Ive never had anyone make them w/50% foam. She was willing to replace the egg bites but didnt offer to remake the latte. Instead I had to ask her to remake latte no foam . I was asked to wait in drive through. I asked for a no foam and they brought me another foam latte which was filled to the top, and was so hot , I got burned opening the lid to check for accuracy. This was witnessed by the server, whom I think also got burned or at least felt it when I handed it back after being burnt. I asked for napkins or something for my burn. I was in the drive through wait line for a total of 14 mins. I finally got tired of waiting and went inside to let them know how awful it was for them to leave me in drive through w/o any thought or concern. Alex the manager remained in drive through window for the duration and never spoke to me after intial contact.

I literally eat here every day for lunch! I always wonder who created their menu because every single item is amazing. lol. I have been going daily for about 2 months now and have been able to try something new almost every time. They also cater to my dietary restrictions as I only eat poultry. They customize almost any sandwich/wrap to meet my needs. I love this place. The owner is very personable and makes every customer feel like a friend. I enjoy my lunch break every single day spending it here. Ohhhhh and their coffee is good too .

Way too many negative reviews from people who either can't read signs or have never been to a coffee shop outside of Starbucks. Anyways. I'm a repeat visitor/online orderer. Everything I've ever gotten from here has been absolute gas. THE stuff. The Monster Lemonade, bear claws, and green chile biscuit are phenomenal, but I have yet to be disappointed by any of the other menu items I've tried. It's a bit more pricey than chain coffee, but everything is so much better in terms of quality and taste. I'm looking forward to supporting this business for as long as it's open and as long as I'm able! Truly a Tucson gem.

Love this place! Any type of coffee beverage you desire, outstanding food options, friendly people and service. The owner Johnathan seems to be always there looking after everything and making sure customers are happy. Great for breakfast and lunch.
