Mcdonald's - Tucker

I went through too long a ride and ordered a southern chicken sandwich. What I got was a deep, deep, DEEP roasted chicken gristtle patty with a pimp that fled from all over the room. Keep the fucking place close!

Terrible service. Unprofessional. The cash registers blow up music when I moved into the window to pay. I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and ice cream. the coffee tasted like water down milk. I asked for orange juice. He asked me to move forward. Three cars behind me got their order before I did. When my food was finally brought out, they had forgotten my hashbrown. Absolutely not going back to this place. Go to Dunkin or Burger King on the street.

I was horrified in the service and the lack of care in this place. 1. No Mayo, 2. No ice cream. They also enable their customers to be rude to other customers without care. Today my children played when some other kids started making fun of my boys. I teach them to ignore ignorance, so it wasn't a big deal. What took the cake was that some other children took their shoes and threw him over the fence and hid my mother's book that they did not read. When I brought it to the staff, they were just like? I don't know? They have nothing to look for or say to the adults of the children who threw their stuff. I'll never protect this place again. Every employee needs customer service training together with the right inventory.

Slow service after hours. After the checkout took my order; I paid, then she waited 5 minutes to ask me what my order was. I told her and they still haven't understood it right. I had to wait 10 minutes.?

For a fast food place, this one is not so swift. I wouldn?t recommend coming here past 10pm because for some reason the management only have two staff members working which really causes cars to sit for a while. I honestly feel bad for the employees who are given the night shift because they?re given more than they can handle. But if there are an ample number of employees working (like five), then it?s just shoddy workmanship. During the daytime though, I don?t know what?s going on. Far too often when I pull up, it takes about a minute for someone to get on the mic and ask for my order. Could the daytime staff suffer from not having enough people working too?
