Island Flava Cafe Atl - Tucker

I am staying in a hotel near this cafe. I was looking for something quick to eat. My first time here, I went in right at closing and was still greeted with a smile. Luckily they had my favorite dish, brown stew chicken, still available. The food was delicious. The service was great and the cafe is extremely clean. I will have to go back earlier next time to try other things. Thanks for the service and for feeding a hungry traveler! I will definitely be back very soon!

Island Flava Cafe speaks to my soul! I order the J Salmon, rice with beans, cabbage and sweet plantains. I can't say enough on how excided I get when I get my lunch from this establishment. The service is outstanding too! Wonderful crew. Thank you!

I try so many dominoes locations and this location was one of the best restaurants I've tried everything was tasty and we'll cook the Chief there I gotta if amazing I hope you got s raise for outstanding work thank you guys for making my night and God bless this dominoes and the staff that makes the world better.

I dropped by this cafe today while I was waiting for my car at the body shop. I was getting ready to try another restaurant, and I stopped to google the reviews here and took a chance.When I went in and I was greeted by several different people who were all very nice and friendly. so that’s always a plus. Also, the restaurant is very clean on the inside which is always a big deal for me.Plus the food was delicious, I got the lunch special brown stew chicken for $7.99 and their oxtails.My biggest complaint was the portion size for the oxtail for $22, I got two little pieces of whole oxtail and the rest of it was little bits of meat. The reason that I ordered the oxtails in the first place was because I saw on the sign that they were $12.99so I figured that must’ve been the lunch special portion because that is definitely what I got.when I went to the counter to get rang up… The total came up to $31 for the two plates. so I asked about the oxtails and the lady at the counter told me that they must have written it down wrong on the sign.Hmmm !!Needless to say it was definitely worth a try but they are a little stingy with meat. I don’t live in the area ,so I’m not sure if I will ever go back but the food Was better than a lot of the Jamaican restaurants that I’ve tried in the downtown and Midtown area of Atlanta.

Just picked up some food. And I'm eating now to write this. This food is damn good. I was going to the subway for lunch but something told me to walk in this place. I got the j salmon and chicken patty and it is good, fresh, and well seasoned. ?
