Supermac's - Tuam

Had a great experience at this location. My favorite part was the 2 teenagers sitting across from us that could not fathom why Americans where in Tuam.

As I was ordering a very angry little strawberry blonde dude was oh so rude in giving out to me for not having a mask even though I told him I’m exempt from masks as I’m severely asthmatic. He then proceeded to shout and verbally abuse me and then spat in one of my nuggets. So so disappointed.I hate spit on my nuggets. My poor son of 30 had to watch this and he’s still traumatised to this day. -8/10 P.s. see below for photo evidence of my angry 30 ye old son . Love derek

Ordered click and collect at 1633, told it would be ready 1653. Waited in store while 7 or 8 other people collected their orders. Enquire politely at 1710 as to where my order was and a rude woman (supervisor? snapped at me that they were busy. I explained I'd ordered more half an hour ago, she snapped again and rolled her eyes at me. I told her that it takes nothing to apologise for the delay. Lady who gave me my food t 1715 apologised for the wait and I thanked her for doing so. Manners cost nothing.

Uncomfortable as most of this chains restaurants are, on a wet and windy day, its very unwelcoming. The door refuses to stay shut. Is this deliberate as I've had this in other Supermacs too. I've decided not to eat here again

Not a regular call for me, but when I get there, the service and food is always good, the restaurant is not the newest in the world an could do with a revamp, but still good VFM
