Amazing food and wonderful service in a relaxing atmosphere,just lovely and highly recommended

Such a relief! The food truck serves delicious breakfast sandwhiches and coffee, convenient for anyone staying at the hot springs. I got the Italian sandwich (donning egg, goat cheese, pesto and prosciutto). It was balanced, not overbearing, and most importantly, fresh!I probably wouldn't dine on-site as there is no shade and the sun is oppressive. It would be a cute coffee stop for an overcast day.

Just stopped here for breakfast while passing through town. Got the Lila breakfast sandwich, which was excellent—made fresh, using as much organic produce as available. Serving Stumptown coffee, a nice surprise in the middle of NM!The owner is lovely and super cool. Very happy to support a small, woman-owned business!

The Lilo is the best breakfast sandwich ever! Perfectly ripe avocado, delicious goat cheese and the ciabatta....to die for.
