Bidra med feedbackQuality of food for our visit was 4-5 stars, problems we have with lack of Luster service. 20 minutes to wait for a table, completely understandable in today's short-sleeved world. 20 minutes to be recognized by anyone who sits once. Servers occasionally passed to take care of other tables nearby. The person who has proven to be our server must have passed us four times without a welcome or let us know that we are with us in a few minutes. Order local drinks and food at this time. 10 minutes our drinks and napkins arrived. Our server disappeared into the kitchen for 30 minutes while we were sitting with empty drinks. Had to ask another server to arrange our server to check us. 3-5 minutes our server arrives with cookies and Gravy and asks what we drink for refills. States, our food will be out soon. 3 minutes of beverage refills. 5 minutes of food coming. We asked for cutlery, butter and gravy for cookies and chickens. The server remained visible during the strike and the orientation tables. noticed that she talked to earphones on the phone while working in the ears of us complaining about something. 25 minutes I'm drunk again and the server appears with check and asks for boxes and drinks. I don't know what our server had while MIA took care of their tables. Others to us seemed unnecessary to wait for different needs. Overall, the food was good and other servers seemed much more attentive to the needs of customers. We were unhappy enough to sit where we were.
We love cracker barrel and always have a good visit! Dependable service and sophisticated server combined with classic food makes it easy to recommend!
I tried to call in order over 10 minutes. The front employee (Ashley) answered and told me she needed to bring me to the kitchen to the ?to-go? order. She sent me and the phone continued to ring without answer. I arrived at the restaurant and went in to see if they were busy. The restaurant was almost empty by customers. I took a photo. I could hear my call ringing behind Ashley (the front employee). I told her that the kitchen never answered and that was that I rang the phone for the last 5 minutes. She has her walkie spokesman and said someone has to answer the phone for the ?to-go? order immediately. Someone picked up the phone and immediately hanged without saying a word!!! I told Ashley I need to talk to a manager. She called Bailey (manager). Bailey took my order and I got my small plate about 30 minutes later. It took 40 minutes to get my order. That was a terrible experience.
First and foremost change was thrown into my hand as if I had cooties. Then waited over an hour for a to go order after checking on the order about 3 times and was told by the cashier after tired of waiting that they ?must?ve? forgot to call our order and she kind of smirked as she said it. Felt very racial profiled. Food was cold and hard. Never going back again.
Our waitress was at our table very quickly, took drink order and gave us drinks right away, waited a long time for food delivery... After a long wait the food came out cold. When your traveling you want quick service which we didn't get...
