Charleys Cheesesteaks - Trumbull

I am updating this review because the customer service and manager Orlando came to me and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace our orders. That really showed me that Charleys listened to their customers and I appreciate the attention. Thanks terrible service. It seems that the chefs are not properly trained. I have a cold sandwich that's been sitting there for over half an hour. We needed an hour to get our order because the staff seemed lost and confused.

Good eats right here. Can't go wrong with a chicken Philly sandwich. Always a good choice.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the food. I ordered the chicken and fries combo, and I appreciated that they prepare the food fresh, just as you request it. I definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I’ll be coming back for sure!

The staff here is extremely fast and professional. I really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak I ordered, even though I got a small size—next time, I might go for the larger sub. I highly recommend checking out this cheesesteak spot. They offer a wide variety of toppings to enhance your cheesesteak. Charley’s Philly Steaks could definitely benefit from having their own separate location; otherwise, I think it would end up being a less appealing experience.

This is a fast food spot located in Trumbull Mall. The food is delicious and affordable. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and fries, and I received the fries for free because it was a Sunday, which was a nice surprise! They also offer a Philly chicken option.
