Mcdonald's - Trumann

If I could give this a zero I would. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to!!! Ordered a 40 pc nugget and fries. Drove 5 miles home only to have food that looked and tasted like it's been in a warmer or under a heat lamp all day. Called store to ask for replacement and was told to come back with every bit of it. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady who was nice about replacing the food, until the manager Karen chimed in about how the food could not possibly be bad because she's been there 35 year's. So guessing you can't make mistakes???? She kept on mouthing until she decided to walk to the back and another manager named Jamie was making rude comments to another employee about the situation. These people are not professional and very confrontational, just because someone asked for HOT food that they paid to have!!!
