Pardos Chicken - Trujillo

If you go to Trujillo, you will probably go through the mall during your stay. And if you're here, the best place to eat is Pardos Chicken. A quarter, a half or a whole chicken. The way they prepare it is delicious, as in the best you ever have in your life. You also have a beautiful spicy sauce called AJI, which makes it even better, although my wife would not agree.
