We have been enjoying Truckee Bagel for Over 25 years Just wish they had a shop in Minden NV.

This is the better of the two locations. There's a large area to eat and popular amongst moms with little ones.

I stopped here on my way to Northstar and my God, this place is amazing. I was never big on Bagels, but I tried them in numerous places in the bay, but this place is by far the best I ever tried. Everything is done on site, nothing from the finished stuff. The best breakfast I had in time.

Most of the Bagels west of New York City are just donut shaped rolls. This includes those in California, North and South, although I still feel the hope that somewhere in So. Ca is an authentic Jewish bakery. These have the hard, shiny crust and dense inside that should have a real bagel.
