Visited this Starbucks today and just have to say that I got the best customer service today from Tim!! His patience and positive energy made my day!!

The Starbucks associates always remember me and greet me w a smile and something nice to say.

I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years and this is my favorite location! There are a few Starbucks locations that are closer to me, but this one is worth the trip! I love the customer service. The store manager Pammy is the sweetest! She Auriel are the absolute sweetest! I love the whole team at this location. Thank you for always making my day better!!!

I ordered a large vanilla beans frappuccino from the trip thru and it was good. the customer service was good and the line was not long.

I have been mobile ordering from this store every morning for months now and at first they were great actually looked that what they were making and didn’t just throw a bunch of stuff in a cup. I wish that I could say they are still great but the people who work there just don’t care anymore they don’t look at the tickets that they are making they forget something in my coffee every single day and I always have to get it remade (which to them means dumping out half of the drink and then just adding more stuff) I’m usually not one to complain but when you’re spending $7 on a coffee every morning it should be made right. I don’t know who is in charge there but they need to get their people together and either offer them more training or more supervision because they are not making these drinks right.
