They make the gluten free pizza on its own pan and use a cutter for only gluten free pizza. The garlic butter sauce is amazing! Just a tip though: they do not have a warming light so once your pizza is made, it will sit on the counter getting cold so you will want to time your pick up for as soon as the pizza comes out of the oven.
