Valley View Restaurant - Trout River

Eating was okay, but the menu is very misleading. I thought I commanded fried cadry, dinner, sweet and choice of fries or maische kartoffeln $15). I thought that's because that's what was on the menu. when only the fried cauliflower and kartoffeln arrived. I asked about rolling and eating. I was told that the roll and the sweet was not part of the meal. after that I checked the menu twice and it clearly said what I thought, so I asked what happened to the nice one. the answer was that the menu was incorrectly printed and that others were also complained. I wouldn't eat here because of this. there are limited options in trout river, but I would take my business elsewhere.

Not a lot of people make it to Trout River while at Gros Morne but we did. Based on the reviews here we decided to try out the Valleyview. We were not disappointed. Tasty food and generous portions at reasonable prices. Can't ask for more...than that!

Not much choice inTrout River, but we were very pleased with our meals at Valley View. I would definitely recommend Wings Tings! There is a small version plus and large. The large is plenty for two hungry people fries, wings, chicken nuggets, chicken...strips, onion rings, mozza sticks and veggie sticks. Terrific staff, great food and clean to boot! The restaurant is simple. Connected to a convenience store. The hamburger was also a good find and you must not eat here without trying the onion rings. Yes!

Valley View Restaurant has a lot to offer. we eat there on a regular basis, and rest assured they have the best fish and chips around. Weather you want gas, groceries, loto tickets or wine, beer or spirits , Valley View has it all. Affordable...for all.

My husband and I enjoyed some delicious home-style food at a great price. The server was very attentive.
