Me and my husband decided to stay here overnight (for 1night) because it's looked comfortable, in a nice area and a lot more affordable than some of the other places around here charging about $200- $250 a night. This holiday inn location was only going to charge us $109 when I looked on the website but when we got here it was $137 and we still had to pay the $50 deposit (making our total $187) The ladies in the front didn't speak very good English mostly spoke Spanish (Which wasn't a problem because my husband understands Spanish but I don't they can't hardly communicate with me) luckily they let us check in early which I really appreciated, as I had to take my husband to the hospital at 12. So after dropping him off I got to come directly to the hotel and relax for a little while but upon arriving to my hotel room I kind of looked around in the room just didn't feel very clean. I'm in the cleaning industry myself so I know what a clean room looks like. The first thing I usually do when I come into any hotel room is look at the sheets, the floors, the microwave, the refrigerator and the bathrooms. The sheets did have two or three tiny strands of hair on them, The floors were not vacuumed at all, there was a piece of a broken hanger in the corner of the room right next to the bed and then on the other side of our king suite there was a hair tie and some hair on the floor along with little pieces of stuff all over, their microwave had food in it as it did not look clean at all the refrigerator still had old candy in there and drinks and in the bathrooms The shower had hair and soap scum all over it in the soap tray that they usually put make up wipes and soap and conditioner on had soap film all over it which was easily washed off. I think the problem was they are just being lazy and not cleaning it properly. The worst part is that I called the front desk and I told them everything, the housekeeping lady came in with only a vacuum and vacuum the floors and before I said anything she took off and didn't clean anything else! Will definitely not be staying in this hotel again but it's OK for the night!
This restaurant is not open 24 hours although it is advertised here in Google that it is is not do not waste your time it is a Holiday inn and the restaurant closes at 9
Do not waste your time or money at this location. I book a full week here because I was having surgery close by. Upon arrival the front desk was empty, I waited 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. The lady working the front desk was rude. Her first response was that they do not offer daily houses keeping, I her asked if I can see the room that I was booked for. The room was disgusting the floors were clearly dirty and the carpet was not vacuumed. I was willing to keep the room , if there was someone available to clean the floors. I walked to the front desk and asked if she would clean the floor. The front desk attendant said no, but she can help me find a room at a different location. I left this location and booked at the Marriott it is close by and it only cost additional $10 a night it's much cleaner and the staff is friendly. If you want a dirty room , poor customer service and no house keeping you've chose the right place
There were 2 other people in the bar besides our group and the waiter/bartender was overwhelmed. Took forever to get anything, some items on the menu weren't in stock, couldn't modify the pizza because it comes out of the box that way kept leaving to run room service orders up to the hotel rooms, dressed our beer with sugar instead of beer salt, charged us for all the kids meals even though we were guests at the hotel and kids meals were advertised as free. Started shouting when my husband tried to pay him cash minus the kids meals and poor service so we could get out of there before he ran off with another order. Food was edible, service was a nightmare.
