The food is great but they take too much time to serve the food

Have had 2 previous bad experiences with your service. I ordered by phone and each time I 've been made to wait for atleast 25 mins before getting my order. Also, preference was being given to those who were dining in as if those who ordered are not your clients. Clearly you really need to sort this out as this shows a lack of respect to your customers and a Sorry does not make up for my loss time. Overall, it 's a nice cozy place with some good food available.

Unique taste, the ingredients are fresh, good texture. Overall a good place, but the food was best when new resto opened; quality and taste was better from my experience. For example the mustard sauce in the burgers was exquisite, it's changed now.
