Bidra med feedbackDid I never think I'd give chic fil A a 1?? but here I do. I've been coming to this Trinity location for years and never had a problem. Since dividend I apologised some failures and the one I could not apologise, I would file a complaint and only the possibility of leaving a voicemail. I never called again. I refuse to buy more breakfast sandwiches and grilled chicken nuggets are never the amount I pay. Served chicken pliers today and they are very thin and burned near. My fries were burned, I gave them to my niece dog. Eating was cold and my husband said he was cold and he gave the wrong sauce. And the employees are not the same. Do not know what happened, maybe new management or manager, but this location has gone down.
I'll give it three stars because I've had good experiences before. I'm here before, and they served me for lunch in the morning. I asked for a special sandwich, and I got it for me. The cashier didn't give me the order as if she should. I know that because I worked in fast food for years before I went to my career. First read the order back and make sure that it is what the customer wants. There is a lunch menu and a breakfast menu, so I'd settle. Secondly, you not only have an empty star if the customer is not satisfied. They believe that their foods are so expensive and high quality that they have a good customer service. They don't. Train your teenagers better. I did a better job than I was a teenager. The sandwich wasn't even so good. The chicken tasted burned and it was definitely not fresh.
Thank you to the cashier who was really an amazing young man who was patient with my sister and me while I ordered with my nieces. Also Taylor, the assistant manager who supported my sister and gave her bandits to comfort my youngest niece who had a paper cut. We were driving in front of us for a two-hour drive and it wad she could concentrate. Taylor, you did my nieces. Thank you. What do you want?
It's usually good, but this time it was cold. The cheese was not melted on the hot chicken. The girl at the counter said it came out of the fridge. She didn't seem to care. I told the guy that the food was cold. He said I'm sorry you ate most of it, so did we win? I said it well. You lost two good customers.
My girlfriend is allergic to milk and even though we requested no butter they rang it in wrong and she started eating a sandwich with no pickles and extra butter. The cashier had even repeated it back to us as correctly?no butter, extra pickles. But still, they messed it up and my gf got several bites in before realizing her mouth was tingling. She?s not lactose intolerant. She is legitimately allergic to milk-fat and breaks out in hives and gets feverish if she has milk. I do not recommend this location if you have any dietary restrictions.
