The Bamboo snack shack at Holloways has the best fish in chips in Cairns, it's always fresh and delicious. We love getting the fish and calamari. The serves of chips are a great size and good price. The service is always friendly and cheerful.

Food consistently good. Hamburgers and steak sandwiches very nice and fresh. I regularly have the barra and wedges. I have visited this take away restaurant for many years.
