Pizzeria La Napa - TRIESTE

Top pizza in a really characterful pizzeria. Decor probably little changed since the 1960s and so much the better for this in an age of indentikit chains. One of the best printed menus to be seen anywhere pays homage to the real pedigree of serving authentic Neapolitan pizza in Trieste. One of the best in the city and probably on the planet!

We went to this restaurant twice during our 3-days stay in Trieste. I truly recommend this place! Tasty meal and very good service! A must-have in Trieste!

We had a really great pizza experience. There were many selections to choose from, and the server was very kind to take her time to explain some of the pizzas she enjoys. We picked the pizza that had the cheese in the crust, spicy sausage and salami with basil. The dough was so light and fluffy, underneath a nice crunch but the flavors combined with the dough and this pizza made it one of the best I have tried. We had a Greek salad as well and split both. When we went the menu consisted of a few appetizers , salads and many options for pizza. The service was very good, and the entire staff was friendly.

Very good pizza... we tried the one with black dough.. delicious! Crunchy tasty dough and delicous cheeses... we did not expect sucha nice taste.. we were surprised.. we reccomend this old traditional pizzeria , run by third generation of the same family ..
