If they are looking for authentic eating, this is the place to go. the restaurant has modern interieur and a great service. eating is extremely delishious and the portions are large. the price is also very good, all in all my favorite restaurants

Tonight I was still in one of the best restaurants of triest . the host gave a nice opportunity to different dressed with a perfect recomondation of wein. always we had the feeling of being a special mandant. I recommend this place really for a beautiful evening meal. had a special atmosphere and his own flair.

What a special experience! my man and I were in trie for the work. we went to dinner on Thursday evening when everyone dives into the most trie, without reservation. we were turned away from three restaurants because of the lack of a table before we found this one that was only half full. we went with some fear about his quality, but our fears were soon rested. we were greeted with complementary glasses of prosecco, which were easy and easy to drink. for the starters we ordered a raw fish plate with three species of ceviche, a raw fish fillet, raw longoustin and finally raw mantis garnelen (squilla mantis) locally called canoce. everything was super fresh and super tasty especially the mantis garnel, which has now become my favorite raw seafood. for the main course we had a spaghetti generously coated in a fresh sea urchin sauce, and sea roasted and sparingly boiled tenderness in a lemon butter sauce. for dessert we had a pumpkin with real vanilla beans and accompanied by fresh strawberries. none of the courts tried to be fancy or clever; that was classic Nordic Italian cuisine in its finest. the accompanying wine and coffee were also top notch. now for service: we did not speak Italian and were not shown a menu. Instead, the staff friendly explained all their offers in English, as well as possible. they were the most gracious hostes, and when they saw how much we enjoy eating, at the end of the meal, they gave us complementary local digestion, which was reddish by crumble and smokers. I wish I could remember the names. all in all, a wonderful evening that we will like to see again.
