I had the unpleasant experience of being a customer at a restaurant, and I wasn't able to taste any of the dishes, all because of the manager. The menu seemed interesting, and after placing my order, I wanted to use the restroom. I was informed that I couldn't because it was out of order. So, I asked the manager where I could go to relieve myself and wash my hands since it's a hotel, they should have more than one restroom! . To my dismay, the manager arrogantly replied that he didn't know because that restroom was broken. He showed no interest in the customer and, in fact, was rude. It really infuriated me, so I asked him if that's how they treat their customers and if I should just relieve myself in the middle of the restaurant. His response was that I could go ahead and do so! Never mind that he said this in front of other customers who were also frustrated that they couldn't use the restroom because they only had one ! , but he said it in front of the staff as well! I'm sure their morale is sky-high thanks to such a manager. After this incident, I told him directly that he's a jerk, not a manager, and I walked out. A hotel cleaner ran after me, wanting to give me a key to a restroom probably located in another part of the hotel, but I had lost my appetite for their services. I only apologized to the waiter for canceling my order and decided to give my business to another restaurant. The only positive point goes to the waiter, who apologized for the behavior and the whole situation and guided me to another hotel. I genuinely feel sorry for the employees of that hotel and restaurant for having an incompetent person as their manager. A jerk belongs in a field, not in a place where they have contact with people.

If I could give no stars I would. 20 mins for drinks to come. Over cooked old fish which I only tasted before I gave up. My partners steak cooked so much it was tough as old boots when he ordered a medium rare. And the whole thing took so long it made it unbearable. Give this place a miss!

Having overindulged on fish over the last few days, I opted for the Caesar Salad. The best I have ever had. Julius would have been proud of it.

A lovely stay, friendly and precise staff, very nice and well maintained structure.

Ideal location in the center, we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the cleaning of the rooms. delicious breakfast and exceptional dining room staff. parking with the hotel 300 mt on very comfortable foot. recommended!
