Realy bad..not friendly..they shuld close or change people here..

First time comer in Trieste. Here we had quite a good experience. Nice cappucino and sandwiches. A bit of wait before being served. What I liked here was the spacious interior and the possibility to see through the glass walls so that we could watch what is happening at platforms.

Good coffee, first coffee place you see when you get to Trieste via train. Nothing vegan to snack though.

Very impolite staff. Today I had already paid, when I asked for a product and, not understanding the answer because of the noise, I asked again. The attendant answered roughly that she was fed up with repeating it. I went away without withdrawing the already paid food. I wasn't hungry any longer. One of the worst places ever visited.

Behaviour of unacceptable staff: on the morning of February at the in the morning I was made ocire in mile way, with aggressive and spretizing tones, because the tablet used for reading the green pass gave not valid my qrcode. As it works, having traveled all that same day, it probably was just a matter of updating the supplied tablet. but the point was the bartender's out-of-measure behavior, which I remember makes the bartender and not the inquisitor. better trained staff especially at communicative level and the question of green pass control has escaped you from hand.
