Just everything perfect! Kitchen and service are ideally complemented!
The Fasnet offers in many locals only a high-position reduced Fasnets menu, such as the Hotel and Restaurant Pfass, led by the families Pfaff and Russell. Ambience: Everything seemed a bit dusty on us and a little muffy; the first color was long of furniture and walls; it worked on me as if the clock was here somewhere in the early 1970s. Not necessarily welcoming; two and a half stars. If it hadn't rained so much, we probably wouldn't have taken anything to us and wanted something else. Cleanliness: as far as possible; three stars. Service: A lot of operation was not at noon, which is why the very busy service would have laid a tooth. But he didn't, so two and a half stars. Food: Many of the Fasnet menus mentioned above either did not match our wishes or would have been too extensive from the crowd as we had to arrive properly in the evening. only a small court; we chose the Badish snail soup with cognac and cream cubes for EUR 6,00 and a pilgrim (either Rothaus or Fürstenberg; I can't say it anymore) drunk. The slightly bound snail soup contained four of the name-giving affiliation crawling animals (usually probably from the can), the cognac had probably landed more in the mouth of the cook than in our suppositories and the last wings of the spray cream had probably been scratched somewhere. No convincing kitchen performance; for Fasnet was, I'm only awarded three stars. Price/performance ratio: yes; three stars. Conclusion: We don't have to come back!
Top location in the immediate vicinity of the Triberger Falls, nice and nice service and a varied menu where everyone finds something fine...
Original and family atmosphere, appealing equipment, the kitchen dominates its craftsmanship, central but still quiet in the evening...
