El Jalapeño - Trenton

The food was great. I went to a pizzeria in the same shopping center, although I saw El Jalapeño and decided instead on Mexican. It was the lunch break and the boy was busy. I'll be back someday.

My husband considered the take-out and said they were very friendly and the service was good and we really enjoyed the food, best Mexican food we had in a long time. Very recommended.

The food here is very good and authentic. The flavors are great! The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I'll go again.

I can say this the only Mexican restaurant in the area that serves fresh food! I?m Very happy I gave it a try and I love it! I had order different food on the menu like flautas, chicken and rice and the picture Birria tacos and the rice it?s cooked very well ?

I have stopped at this restaurant numerous times for take out it never disappoints. My go to is the chicken taco platter. It's very simple chicken topped with cilantro onions. It comes with a side of yellow rice, black beans, sautéed scallion, salad jalapeño. Also comes with red green sauces on the side. Food is good. The prices are fair. The portions are decent. No complaints here. The reviews you get are mixed, so I recommend coming in and giving it a try yourself!
