This is quite possibly the worst Tim’s in Durham. Most of your staff members act like they’re doing us a favour by being there. I was there today, given a burnt bagel, and when I requested a new one a staff member said “if it were me I’d just take it, but that’s just me there are hungry people in the world “ that statement was so unnecessary, so because there are hungry people in the world I should be made to eat a charcoal bagel and be okay with it? Do better.
Made a mobile order and from that time it took to make that order and walk to the store they still haven’t even made my food. Some girl tells me to wait where they apparently leave mobile orders and I wait for 15 mins to find out my food sat at the other end of the counter. No communication, everyone standing around moving slow and talking. Like what did you think I was waiting there for!? Get your staff together!
I found the staff so pleasent, kind ! Went out of thier way to make me a crispy chicken wrap a bit before 11 : I'm appreciative!!
Tim Horton should stick to coffee and donuts. Staff is amazing ? considering the ridiculous menu options they have to try and keep track of now. Get back in your lane Tim...sheesh. Make your own coffee it'll be faster...and made correct without the long wait.
