The Duke Restaurant And Bar

Unbelievable, place was empty, and I had to wait 10 minutes for a bottle of Canadian. At first the bartender brought me a bottle of Canada Dry ginger ale. ?, Then when I said , no a Canadian beer! He could find one and tried giving me the display bottle on the shelf!! Wtaf????? After another couple minutes of searching the cooler and trying to match up the colours and words (clearly had NO clue). He finally found one…… in the beer cooler. Unreal!!! Not about to taste the food!!! Just another dump immigrant bar that will close within the year. And the is wasn’t “the duke”. It’s the “new” place. Wolfe street bar. ****. Oh and they have Vegtable(s) soup ??‍

Ordered through skipDisgusting over salted fries, chilli hotdogs was really overly seasoned both weren't edible. Milkshake was just milk. Garbage food wasn't worth the 40 to order.

If i could give no stars i would, ask a question he will tell you a rude response weither its about his menu or the apartments upstairs above the store. He sits in the corner on a computer and doesnt even wear shoes.

I dont usually leave negative reviews but here we are. We paid for priority delivery which took 45 minutes to arrive, possibly not the restaurants fault. I ordered a milkshake, got chocolate milk. The poutine we ordered was cold which the 45 minute delivery time explains that part. The ribs weren't edible at all, terribly overcooked. Overall cost us $75 and after the wait we couldnt eat any of it. Just my opinion but reheated fries are terrible so we couldn't even save that part.

Under New Management all its very very nice and excellent food and service...super friendly and easy go guys...must try their and bar
