The rewarding app is not only glitchy, but it also leaves a sour taste in the way they structured the reward system. One star for the great drinks. One Star for the friendly staff. Loses out on 3 stars as they are incredibly slow. Slowest chatime I?ve ever been to. Don?t go here if you want to pick up something quick. There was only one staff doing everything.
This is the second time I've been at this chatime and ordered roasted milk tea with grass jelly and crystal boba. Don't know why this place can't get it right. Missing my crystal Boba again when I paid extra for for the Boba. Don't know what I was think going back there! Should have just ordered from Ajax location!
Love Chatime, and everything on the menu. Just think the staff at this location needs to be trained a little more. I guess something happened to one of the machines, which obviously is going to put a hold to making the orders. That?s fine, things happen. But no one even looked at me and my waiting brother, or told us what was going on. We had to wait until close and still nothing. All we ordered was one drink
Not sure if it was time of day or the employees were just off today but walked in and to the order window and no one decided to say hello or anything... was kinda confused but decided to bite my tongue. There was one other gentleman who had apparently already ordered and was waiting. Noticed the self service terminals and walked over and ordered as Strawberry Slush with 0 sugar and Coconut Jelly.
