Bidra med feedbackWe stayed at the castle on weekends with a big old-timer tour. At Kaiserweetter and the indescribable view over the landscape, we were spoiled in the restaurant with the best Thuringian cuisine. Beautiful staff and a super kitchen with normal decent prices read the event for high quality. The restaurant is a recommendation whether it is on Sunday as a trip, or for special events at the castle. Conversations in advance with the kitchen were completely unproblematic, although the invasion with many at the same time striking guests no longer had to wait. Your praise and we're back.
A very great location and a super friendly and dedicated team. The food always tastes very good and is individually dressed. We'll be back. Keep it until the next time.
Visiting the restaurant in the castle was only possible in the outdoor area without reservation. The interior is well maintained, sanitary facilities are clean. The hygiene concept is properly implemented. The menus are natural and rich. Appropriately acceptable. Access is barrier-free, wheelchair users and strollers can be brought to the restaurant by elevator. The castle is definitely worth a visit. Parking is available. Attention, there are many cyclists on the road.
Medieval castle from the 12th – 14th century, with three well preserved or renovated towers. Partial degradation from the 16th Century, which breaks little to charm. Beautiful views over the Werratal, various hiking trails as well as charming cycling and motorcycle routes. The restaurant, very good and out.
Christmas dinner at the castle. Were very satisfied and it tasted very good. Great praise for everyone.
