Petoskey Pretzel - Traverse City

I went in to get a pretzel today. The pretzel was excellent, as usual, but I was blown away by how wonderful the staff treated the customers. I was totally impressed with how nice and efficient they were.

We stopped here to just get a snack and ended up going back in to order more because it was soooo gooood! I got the pepperoni roll up thing and it was unbelievable. Amazing all the way around!

The wife and I picked-up the Original and Pepperoni Pretza as a snack on our way back home from our road trip up north. No exaggeration to say that these were the best pretzels we've ever had in our lives. Perfect combination of a crispy exterior with a soft fluffy interior, and buttery and salty as advertised. Will definitely make this a must-stop when we're in town again!

Pretzels were great, but he over the Covid plexiglass and putting stuff in a tote to pass it to us. Seriously a grade school basic science class will tell you the employees and customers are still touching the tote meaning it’s far less sanitary because I doubt they clean it as much as if it was just a plain counter top.

So rude. I visited on May 6th, 2023. They were still dealing with plexiglass barriers. I almost shouted when I said hello. And the girls behind the counter just blankly stared at me. I had to tell them I was there for a pickup order. (That is to say, they never asked me if I needed help. The only words they spoke to me were to recite my pick-up order. After sliding the plastic box with my food to me, they then disappeared. No, thank you, or have a good day. They just walked to the back of the store.
