Mcdonald's - Traverse City

We live nearby and ordered from them on and off. I just ordered a happy meal for my family and when I got the food I saw they didn 't include a toddler toy as I request instead putting in a big kid toy. When I asked if I can get a toddler toy, the employee went a fetch the store manager (at least I think he was). He came back and gave me a I don 't have any in a fk off tone, tossed the toy in a bin then walked away. Whatever he was frustrated about, he just lost a customer for life and tomorrow we 're going to report this to corporate. Big kid toys are full of choking hazards and THAT how they decide to handle the situation.

Showed up for a delivery and was told it was being worked on. Waited 30 minutes only to be told it was already picked up and I was out of luck. Beyond unacceptable. This is my first negative review I've ever had to write but the public should be aware to not waste their most important resource: TIME

I ate indoors with a mobile order. My food was fine and it was pretty clean. However, I've eaten at McDonalds all over the USA and this is the only one I can recall that wouldn't give even a single soda refill. Ridiculous.

Honestly this is one of the best McDonald's I have been to. All the staff were friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The new dining room is pretty cook except for the random picture of a bunch of old tin cans.

Wow I never have been treated so poorly by someone who is a manager as a customer. typically we always pay at the second window. no one was at the first window for 2 mins. after we pulled to the next window she slammed opened the window and said “the first window is where you pay!” loudly we stated back no one was there and she said “I was I was just over there!” in a rude tone again and just walked off with my card and slammed the window again. We then were greeted with a very kind employee after but her manager said right over her shoulder “ I guess everyone is paying today at the second window“ she said it in a rude tone again. if this is how she treats her customers Id hate to work for her. For context she’s is thin lady with grayish hair. 7 am 6/1
