Firefly - Traverse City

We decided to dine at this restaurant mainly for the small plates, and we were not disappointed. We ordered two different sushi rolls, potstickers, and sweet potato fries, all of which were delicious. The cocktail menu was appealing, and we tried the Blueberry Smash, which was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the ambiance was modern and relaxing. The location is convenient, not far from the main shopping area on Front Street. Situated by the water, the restaurant offers nice views from the seating by the windows. I look forward to returning to try some of their entrees. They also have a few igloo tables outside for colder weather, which would be a fun experience.

We loved this place! On our mini honeymoon trip to the area, we came here on a recommendation from our wine tour guide, Dave. The service was awesome and the food was super yummy!! We had pot stickers, sushi, steak, and Brussels sprouts if you don?ttry anything else here, you HAVE to get the Brussels sprouts!! They were some of the best we?ve ever had! Although definitely amore upscale place (we personally prefer more casual) it was a very nice experience! You may get some weird looks by othercustomers if you show up in jeans and T shirt?s like we did, but that?s beyond the control of the establishment and we wouldabsolutely return again when we?re in the area!

The food at this restaurant was excellent. We began our meal with the beef skewers and tuna nachos, and shared the salmon entree. The beef skewers were particularly delicious. The tuna nachos and salmon were also fantastic. Although the rice was slightly mushy, it still had good flavor. Despite waiting around 30 minutes, the food was definitely worth it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great.

We recently finished dining at this restaurant. Both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed the NY Strip steaks - they were delicious. My husband ordered the Thai peanut noodles and he loved them. My other son ordered the Fish and Chips and also enjoyed his meal. The only downside we experienced was the long wait - an hour on a Monday! Lol!
